Our main personnel (directors and managerial officers) continually provide consultation for the High Speed Rail (HSR) Project and its derivative cases since we took the position as the General Consultant for the Bureau of High Speed Rail, MOTC in 1998. With years of experience gained from acting as the consultant of public infrastructure projects for the government, we maintain excellent service performance.
